At Lily's house one of the baby's start crying and Lily seems frustrated.  She calls Cane.  She says Charlie is crying and she thinks he's crying for Cane.  Cane says he's coming right over.

At Vicki's house Sam comes over with Sean the Dog.  Sam wants to talk about sleeping arrangements for the night.

At Billy's trailer, Bill is at his laptop, now he's at his phone calling the hospital to find out about Katherine's condition.  He gets transferred to her room in which Jill answers but Billy doesn't say anything.  She gets off the phone and says no one was on the other end.  In Katherine's room is Neil, Devon, Jill and Murphy.  Murphy sends Jill to go find Katherine's lawyer who is supposed to be on his way.  He then tells Neil and Devon they don't have to stay, but Neil says Katherine is like family right along with Murphy.

Tucker walks in with Mitchell (the lawyer) and runs into Jill.  Tucker wants to know how his mother is doing, but Jill said he doesn't give a damn about Katherine.  She said if he did he would have been there hours ago.  She brings up the fact that Katherine was by his side day and night when he had his accident.  Tucker says that's why he's there, but Jill won't allow it.  Tucker leaves.  Jill takes Mitchell into the waiting lounge.  He says the Will is not marked valid until she signs it.  Mitchell asks if they know and Jill says no and he can't tell them that Devon has been added to the Will.  While she's saying this she doesn't realize that Tucker has been listening the whole time.  He walks in with this complete look of shock on his face.

Cane is at Lily's holding Charlie and talking with Lily.  Cane asks if Lily was able to find a certain book for him to read to Charlie and he begins reading to him.

Neil suggests Murphy go home and get some rest.  Murphy says he's fine.  He said after all these years of living alone he can't go to sleep without Katherine beside him.  Niel and Devon leave Murphy alone with Katherine

Tucker wants to know why Kath would put Devon in her will.  Jill says she doesn't know.  He asks Mitchell and Mitchell says he's not at liberty to say.  Neil tells Tucker he shouldn't be there.  Tucker is surprised that Neil and Devon were in to see Kath but he can't, stating "business associates have more right than family" in which Devon replies with, "after what you've done."  Jill wants Tucker to leave and Neil offers to walk him out and Jill says she has it under control and asks Neil and Devon to leave.  Devon says he doesn't want to Tucker around there again.

Vicki is playing with Sean the Dog and talking to the dog as well telling him that it was nice of  Sam to offer to take the dog so Vicki can have some time alone, but Vicki says she doesn't want to be alone.  Vicki turns on the TV and Father Knows Best is On - they switch to Billy's home and he's watching the same show.

Lily thanks Cane for getting Charlie to sleep.  She thanks him for stopping by and he says she doesn't have to thank him for taking care of his kids.  Cane say he should leave so she can get some sleep.  She says she needs to wind down first with an old movie.  Cane offers up African Queen which is on at 3:15am.  Cane says he will call her to see how she is but she says she has early morning gym session. He offers to call her later then. He leaves.

At Crimson Lights, Neil and Devon are talking about Tucker and Katherine and how they have been going at it since he showed up in town.  Devon wants to know if Tucker hates Katherine that much why would he go after her company and Neil says he has to with holding that much anger in him for all those years.  Devon says that Tucker is an ass and he can't stand him.

Jill walks Mitchell to Katherine's room and then she goes back into the lounge where Tucker is.  Tucker wants to know what's going on with Katherine and Devon.  Jill tries to play it off like Katherine just took a liking to Devon.  Tucker says she likes him so much she put him in her Will.  He says she's treating him like family.  Tucker then remembers when him and Devon were at the hospital getting their blooded tested and how they both have AB negative blood type.  Back to present day with Jill Tucker figures it out that Devon is his son.  Jill is trying to convince him he's wrong, but he said he can see it in Jill's face that's he right.  He leaves.

Lily is by herself.  She sends a text to someone.

At Crimson Lights, Neil asked Devon if he's ok because its late.  Devon says he's a musician and he's just getting started.  The text Lily sent was to Devon saying she can't sleep.  Devon said he's going to go check on her.  Neil says he's going back to the hospital to make sure Tucker isn't causing anymore trouble

At the hospital Cane sees Jill and asks what's going on because she has a very concerned look on her face.  Cane says he know she doesn't trust him but he loves her and he knows she's going through a lot with Delia and Billy being AWOL (Absent Without Leave), but she can talk to him.  She says she had to deal with Tucker and she wished he had never shown up.

At his office Tucker is looking for something but gets a knock on the door and its Sophie.  He called her. He tells her he found his son and he says it's Devon.  Sophie says, "Our Devon?"  Tucker said he was with a woman for a while and Devon is the right age.

Vicki is asleep on the couch

Billy turns off the TV after Father Knows Best is over.  He grabs his car keys and heads out the door.

Devon is at Lily's telling her about Katherine.  He wants to know what's been keeping her up and she said the babies.  She said Charlie had a rough night and would still be having one if Cane hadn't shown up.  Devon thinks she could have called Neil.  She says why shouldn't Cane help, he's their father.  Devon thinks Cane is trying to worm his way back into Lily's life.  She says nothing romantic is going on with her and Cane.  Devon says she needs to keep her guard up with Cane.

Tucker tells Sophie about the Will and Katherine adding Devon to it.  Tucker wants to try to find Devon but Sophie thinks Tucker should speak to Neil first, but Tucker said Neil will only hold him back.  Tucker thinks Sophie is over looking things because the baby she's carrying could be Neil's. She firestback with him getting this woman pregnant, but with all his money and resources he couldn't try to find his kid.  Tucker said he tried for years but failed.  She wants him to think about what this will do to Devon.  Tucker says he knows who his son is, where he lives so how can he sleep knowing this.  Tucker is off to find his son.

Mitchell is about to leave Katherine's room and on his way out he tells Murphy he will bring the Will and have Katherine sign it as soon as she wakes up.  On his way out, Jill and Cane comes in.  Cane begins talking to Katherine.  Cane then talks Murphy into getting something to eat.  He said he will go if Jill comes too.  They all leave the room.  Out in the hall Billy is dressed up like a surgeon so he won't be recognized.  He goes into Katherine's room.  He begins talking to Katherine.  He said he stopped by Delia's room and was going to sneak in, but Chloe was in there sleeping.  He begins talking about how bad he screwed up and how much he misses Vicki.  He said he can't stay long, that he has to go.  He just hopes Katherine knows he was there and that it helps in some sort of way.  As Billy is opening the door, the camera is on Katherine showing her making some movements, but Billy has his back to her and doesn't see it.  Billy leaves.

Boring ass Sam walks into Vicki's house (yeah, the front door was unlocked for any boring ass person to walk in and one did) to find Vicki asleep on the couch and TV on.  He turns the TV off.  Sean (the dog) is still on the couch.  Boring Sam puts a blanket over Vicki.  That dog is sooooo damn cute.  As Sam is about to leave Vicki wakes up calling Billy's name.  Sam says its just him and for her to go back to sleep.  She turns the light on and tells Sam about the dream she had of her calling out to Billy but he didn't come back.

Cane spots who thinks his Billy getting into an elevator at the hospital.

Jill is back in Katherine's room talking to her.  She asked if she heard Cane talking to her.  She says Murphy went to the chapel.  Katherine opens her eyes and asks where is she.  Jill calls for the doctor.  Jill says everyone was worried about her, Muphy, Neil, Devon and Katherine says Devon's name.  Jill said she knows this isn't the best time but she's not sure who he'll tell.  She tells Katherine that Tucker knows about Devon.

Sophia is at the hospital and finds Neil.  She tells Neil that Tucker is Devon's father.

Lily begins yawning and Devon prepares to leave.  There's a knock on her door and Devon answers.  Its Tucker.  He asks if he can come in.  Devon lets him in.  Tucker says he's not there to see Lily.  He was on his way to Devon's place and saw his car there.

Vicki says she's got to stop living her life in limbo.  She says she's going to move on with her life because Billy is not coming back.

Billy enters his trailer when there's a bang on his door and its Cane saying he knows Billy is in there.  He says he followed Billy home from the hospital.

Victor is at Crimson Lights talking to Sam and Sam tells Victor that Vicky sprained her ankle getting off of horse but Sam put some ice on it and she should be fine.  Thank you Mr. Florence Nightingale.  Now get lost! Sam likes living above the garage of Vicki's house.  Victor asks if Vicki has heard from Billy and Sam says he (Victor) needs to ask Vicki himself.

Vicki's dog is hyped up around the closet door and Vicki wonders why and is about to open the door when she does something, I think hit her hurt foot with the closet door, and thus, ends up not opening it all the way.  How odd is that.  She sits on the bench to the side of the closet.  Billy opens the door slightly but decides not to reveal himself to Vicki as he remembers Victor's threat that Billy is only back in Genoa City for his daughter, Delia, and not to see Victoria.

Niel is at Katherine's house and apologizes to her for dumping his family's problems on her lap.  Just then Devon walks in and is shocked to see Neil there.

Ronin, in his office, is talking to Boyd (the other useless detective) about Victor's shoes, the ones that left a footprint next to Diane's body.  Abby walks into the precinct  on her cell phone leaving a message for her mother saying she's at Detective Malloy's office in hopes of making sure he understands that Ashley had nothing to do with Diane's murder.  She overhears another Boyd tell Ronin about an abandoned lock-box at the Athletic Club and Ronin matches the key found in Diane's throat to the lock-box.  Really, Malloy?  You've had the key how long and you just now realized what that key belongs to?  I thought they had people that could figure that out, or him, being the great detective he is, would have looked at the key and figured it out.

Ashley and Tucker are at GloWorm talking shop.  Ashley wants to be involved in Jabot again.  But Tucker travels back in his mind to the day he struck a deal with Jack that if he gave Jack complete control of Jabot he (Jack) would get it back from Katherine.  Present day, Tucker says that the company is out of his hands.  Ashley spots an old friend and leaves for a second.  Tucker calls Jack and tells him he filed the lawsuit against Katherine and wants Jack to testify in court.

John's Ghost visits Jack - John's Ghost is basically Jack's conscious.

Victor is on the phone with Vicki - Vicki goes into the other room and Billy is about to make is exit, but there's a knock on the door and he hides somewhere else.  Its none other than boring ass Sam.

Molloy looks at the key  again just as Abby enters his office saying she needs to talk to him.  Malloy says he has to leave and kicks her out of his office.

Jack tells John that he is teaming up with a man he doesn't like to take something away from a life long friend and he may have reservations about doing it, but he's going to have to get over it for right now.

Ashley is back with Tucker and Ashley wants to know what Tucker's strategy is to get Jabot back.  Ashley is still bucking for the CEO position.

John is talking with Jack - again Jack is fighting with his conscious.  John agrees with Jack in him double crossing Katherine to get Jabot back.

Devon tells Katherine and Neil that he wants to buy the building he was going to rent the studio space in.  Neil says that if Devon buys the building he would lose money in the long run because the place would depreciate over 39 years, but if he leases the place he would make more money. Devon comes back with a smart remark of him not knowing this because he didn't go to grad school and major in accounting like Neil wanted him to.

Billy is in the dining room listening to Boring Sam and Vicki talking.  (OMG!  When are they going to get rid of Sean Patrick Flannery!!!!!!!!!!) They begin wondering where the dog is (I can't figure out the dog's name, but he's so cute I'm going to name him Sean) and Sean is in the dinning room looking up at Billy.  The dog brought a ball with him (I guess him and Billy used to play catch, fetch, whatever its called).  Billy throws the ball away into another room and dog goes and gets it.  At the same time, Boring (Sam's name throughout these blogs) goes to look for Sean.  While this is happening, Billy makes his exit out the front door without Vicki noticing when she is sitting right there on the couch - RIGHT BY THE FRONT DOOR!  She's facing the kitchen when she hears the door shut and turns towards it.  Didn't she feels a breeze or something?

Malloy is at the bar at the Athletes Foot Club where the other detective brings him the lock-box.  OK. I have to say I thought they were talking about something big - like a locker you would see at terminals.  They are talking about one tiny box.  Anyhoo.  Back to the show. Abby is looking on as Malloy is looking at the box.

Katherine tells Devon to speak to some accounting people about his options and then come back to her on what he decides.  Neil has to make a phone call and goes into Katherine's library.  Katherine tells Devon that Neil wants him to succeed and Devon says that Neil told him the same thing.

Ashley is STILL trying to talk Tucker into making her CEO of Jabot.  Tucker has a meeting to get to and leaves.  Ashely calls her voicemail and hears Abby's message.  Just then Victor sees her and asks what's wrong and Ashley tells him.  He says he told Abby to stay away from Malloy  Ashley wants Victor to speak to Abby again.  She leaves.  Victor calls Abby and while she's on the phone, Malloy leaves with the box in hand.  He didn't open it up at the Athletes Foot Club.  Abby tells Victor that Malloy has the box and the confession Abby made on tape is possibly in the box.  Just as she gets off the phone with Victor Malloy walks up behind her and tells her that he's noticed her following him and he wants to know why is she so interested in the box.

Billy is back at his trailer where John's Ghost shows up.

Boring is talking with Vicki - he's mumbling something.  I thought Victor mumbled, but this fool CAN mumbles.  He leaves.  Vicki sends another e-mail to Billy about how she can't move on and how much she misses him and that she loves him.

Tucker is at Jack's office with the paperwork giving Jack complete control over Jabot after he (Jack) testifies against Katherine, but Jack wants Tucker to sell him Jabot, not just giving him complete control.  Jack won't testify unless Tucker agrees to his demands.  Tucker agrees with Jack.  Ashley walks in on Tucker and Jack and wants to know what they are up to.

Devon is talking about the building when Katherine gets a call and leaves the room, leaving Devon and Neil alone.   Devon apologizes to Neil for getting an attitude with Neil when he knows that Neil is just looking out for him.  They hug!  Everyone say AWWWWWW!

Victor is at the Athletes Foot Club looking for Abby but she's at Malloy's office waiting for another detective (How many detectives does it take to open a lock-box?) to open the box and inside they find a diary.  Malloy wants the diary to be taken to forensics right away.  Hey Malloy!  Here's an idea for you, how about reading the diary and figuring out who it belongs to and if you can't figure it out by the words on the front page, My name is Diane Jenkins, then take it forensics.  In other words, how about doing some real detective work?

Molloy tells Abby to stick around because he has some more questions for her but she says he can speak to her lawyer - as soon as she hires one and she leaves.  Malloy and Boyd look at the suspect board again for the millionth time and focuses on Abby.

Victor and Abby are at the Athletes Foot Club talking about the lock-box and the key found in Diane's mouth.  Abby is worried about the video confession she made and someone having it and it getting in Malloy's hands.

Boyd walks in with Victor's shoes and said he compared the tracks to the ones found by Diane's body and they are a match.  Molloy is one happy camper right now.

Katherine comes back into the room but gets another phone call telling her that Tucker is suing her to get Jabot back.

Tucker tells Ashley he was there to talk to Jack about the lawsuit, to gather information but conversation didn't go as he wished, but Ashley doesn't believe either one of them.  She reminds Tucker that he said he wouldn't keep any secrets from her.

Vicki is still working on her e-mail to Billy.  I love how they have the name of her laptop covered like we couldn't figure out its a Dell.  By the way, her email address is victoria.abbot@thelightmail.net.  BAHAHAHAHA!

Billy is telling John that he needs to find away to ignore that Vicki exits and just then he gets an e-mail from her and he deletes it.

Neil tells Sophie she used to have integrity and wants to know what changed.
Victor tells Adam that everyone knows he (Adam aka Bed Head) killed Diane and he (Victor) is going to make sure he pays for it.

26 September 2011: Monday:

Both Victor and Jack are at Billy's trailer trying to find evidence of where Billy could have gone, but little does Jack know that Victor knows where Billy is and is only there to act just the opposite.  Per usual, those two exchanges words, all the while Billy listens from the outside.  Jack says he has somewhere to be but he's not leaving Victor behind to find something and not tell anyone.  Victor leaves and Jack follows behind.  As they leave Billy emerges from the side of his trailer and goes inside with a bottle of scotch, whiskey, something in his hand.  Just as he is about to open the bottle Victor comes demanding to know what Billy is doing.  Billy gives him is thoughts and then Victor leaves.  Soon after Kevin shows whining about Chloe being all over him with kisses because she thinks he saved her daughter's life.  Billy is not understanding why Kevin is having a problem with this when this is a chance for him and Chloe to get back together.  I didn't even know they broke up - why don't people clue me in on things sometimes.  Or how I about go to read the recaps on CBS's site - or even better - how about I just watch the darn show on the weekends like I used to.  OK.  I'm done yelling at myself.  Kevin tries to deny he wants to get back with Chloe but finally admits it.  However, Billy isn't interested anymore in what Kevin has to say or feels and wants him gone.  Kevin leaves.  Victor shows back up with a bigger bottle of whatever Billy brought with him.  Victor says that he wants to make sure Billy has enough so he doesn't risk going out and being seen.  Billy takes the bottle of whatever and pours it down the drain.  He says his daughter is going to need him and he wants to give her the best Billy he can.

Ronin shows up at the hospital where Chloe is and she tells him they found a bone marrow for Delia and she tells him it was Kevin.  But in reality, the donor was Billy, Delia's father.  Although Billy has been found by Victor, its all hush hush and one else knows safe for Michael and Kevin and I'm not sure why they are the only ones to know this.  But then again, I haven't watched the show in about two weeks.  The last time I watched is when Victor got Billy out of some prison he was in where he had access to a chalk like rock where he could mark on the wall, via ticks, how many days he had been locked up.  I think he was kidnapped or something, but who knows and who cares.  The point is, Billy gave his marrow to Delia via Kevin and now Kevin is a hero in Chloe's eyes.  Ronin and Chloe talk some more about something that didn't mean much to me and finally he leaves.  Later on Vicki shows up at the hospital to visit Chloe and check on Delia.  She tells Delia that Kevin is bit uncomfortable with all the attention he's getting.  Chloe then asks if anything is going on between Vicki and that fool named Sam.  Vicki says no.  I sure hope not!  I thought I paid someone to run him over?

Kevin and Michael are talking at Crimson Lights about what Kevin did and Michael ask what does Gloria think about all this and Kevin says that she hasn't returned any of his phone calls.  Well, as mentioned, I haven't watched the show in two weeks so I don't anything about her getting locked in a cellar and I guess Kevin didn't bail her out because he got side tracked or something.  I'm not sure.  I know I saw Colin get locked in a wine cellar by Genevieve and that was the last I saw of the show.  I'm going to have to read up on Gloria got locked in the cellar and why she was upset when she was down there with all her best friends (the wine bottles).

Sharon is talking to Daisy Carter (Sheila Carter's daughter for those of you new to the country or haven't watched the show since 1926) about something non-important when Avery (Sharon's lawyer) shows up and says to Daisy that all has been arranged and taken care of.  In the wonderful Sharon fashion, she stands there with a shocked look on her face that Avery is representing Daisy and the reason being is, when Avery (who is Phyllis's sister) took on Sharon's case she said she gave all her other cases to her colleagues so she could just concentrate on Sharon's.  But now, she's taking on Daisy's case.  As for Daisy, what Avery (every time I hear that name, I think of the office products, like business care maker, CD label maker, printing labels) did for Daisy was serve Phyllis papers making her bring Lucy, Daisy's daughter, to the hoosegow so Daisy can see her.  Now if you know Daisy, she is not doing this out of the love for her child.  She's doing it to antagonize Phyllis.  But why Avery would get involved, I don't know.  Phyllis seems to think Avery is doing it to get back at Phyllis.  Avery claims she's not.

Ronin is walking in the park - oh wait, do I hear a Chicago song coming on.  Yes I do.  And to make things even better, how about a video to go with that song.

While Ronin is enjoying little free time he has with him being the lead detective on the Diane Jenkins murder case that will never get solved, 

Phyllis spots him and asks him to arrest her.  He looks at perplexed (yeah, that's my new  word of the year - perplexed) she said she wants to keep Daisy from seeing Lucy.  After they exchange conversation, in which he is aware that Avery is Phyllis's sister, he tells Phyllis that the chicken pox is going around and that will buy her a week.  She leaves.  She shows up at Crimson Lights where Michael is and she tells him she has a short term solution.  Now she just needs a long term solution.  She calls the hoosegow that Daisy is in and tells whomever answers the phone that Lucy has the chicken pox and won't be able to go the prison.  I am so surpised that Phyllis didn't have to go through the following:

After she gets through with that phone call, she calls Nick, but after the first ring, which barely stopped ringing, she says to Michael, he's not answering.  Really Phyllis?  Nick isn't answering?  I wonder why that is since his phone barely rang. Good Grief.  But there's a better reason he's not answering and it's because he's at GloWorm chatting it up with Avery.  Yes ladies and gents, Nicholas Newman is trying to find out what's wrong with Avery and then he comforts her by giving her a gift that was meant for Phyllis, which was a video game.  I hope it was Medal of Honor - you know the good games when they were in World War II, but I hear the Afghan stuff is pretty good.  Oh see, there I go digressing.

While she's trying to call Nick, he's at GloWorm talking with Avery telling her that he overheard her and Phyllis talking.  Basically, he's being nosey and wants to know what the history is between her and Red.  Avery states that there was a lot of trouble when her and Red were younger (I take that to me the parents constantly fighting) and take take themselves away they would play video games.  Avery says that Red was always good at the games and would give Avery tips but still would beat her.  Nick states that he and Red used to play video games all the time as well.  And that's how he ended up giving the video game to Avery and not Phyllis who it was intended for.  Nick is just a dirty lil hamster.

In between all this craziness going on, Chloe goes to Crimson Lights to talk with Kevin and apologize for the kiss she gave him earlier and blah blah blah.  Well as she about to leave, Kevin grabs her and kisses her.  Oh, they are on the patio or whatever that area is where everyone congregates.  Kevin and Mike were out there earlier in the show.  Phyllis and Mike were there mid show.  Phyllis Avery were there shortly thereafter, and now Chloe and Kevin.  Wait, Chloe, Kevin, their lips and Ronin who stands there perplexed and then uses another entrance to the front counter.

The show ended with Vicki writing Billy a Dear John e-mail while doing a voice over of what she's writing.  Then they show Billy getting the email and reading the last line which states, I'm moving on without you, or something like that, and Billy wishing he hadn't poured all the booze out.

Mustache explains to Golden Boy (Jack) that in the event of Diane's death she wanted him to be guardian of Dumb Grin (Kyle).  Mustache says they can discuss visitation.  Golden rips up the documents and says Mustache will never take his son.  Mustache says read carefully, I already have.

Ashley is at the bar at the Athletes Foot Club calling Junior (Nick) about Billy leaving the country and Hair (Vicki) finding out in a bad way.  She warns Junior that Hair is going to need him and to be prepared.  Junior says that Billy can be an ass at times. Ashley agrees.  Junior asks if she got a new phone because he has been trying get a hold of her at her old number.  Ashley flashes back to the night of her and Diane and it appears she hit Diane with the phone. Present day she tells Junior she misplaced the phone.  Junior brings up a message he left her and she says that it must be important for him to bring it up again and asks what was the message.

Patch (Tucker) wants to know why Katherine is really there.  She said she told him.  He brings up that she stole control of the company and she disagrees, saying that he gave it to her.  He says his name is on the company and he will get it back.  Katherine knows that Patch was questioned by the police and she wants to know what they think he did or what has he done.

Junior flashes back to the night of him and Diane struggling and how there was a phone on the ground where Ashley's number had been dialed. Present day he asks if she has listened to her voice mail and she says no. He says his printer is on the other line - he has to go and hangs up.  Ashley runs out the joint (without paying for her drink, mind you - STOP THIEF!)

Red walks into Restless Style looking like she should be going out to a night club asking Junior is he is talking to Transplant (Ronan).  Junior asks why would he be and Red says that detectives always seem to have just one more question.  Junior says that neither he nor Red answered Diane's text so there's no more questions to ask.  Red wants to talk about their next cover and since everyone thinks they are going to do a story on Diane's murder, they should do some thing light and fluffy.  Junior agrees but says he has to leave and does just that.

Meanwhile, back at the cop stop, Transplant tells a cop to get Bed Head's (Adam) ring down to forensics.  But hold the phone kids - on yesterday's show, Transplant was standing outside of Bed Head's room when he told a cop there to take the ring to forensics.  Were we not to remember that?  But before giving it to the cop on today's show he takes the ring that was in a small bag and puts it in a huge zip lock bag.  Really?  Come on Y&R.  You can do better than that.  Don't you watch CSI - it is on your station after all.  Then he asks the cop to check on the forensics of the nail he found.  After he says that, the scene switch to Red's hands typing, indicating the that her finger nails match the one that was found at the scene.  Password is: Lee Press On Nails

Phone rings and its Transplant calling Red, stating he has a couple more questions for her regarding the murder.

Mustache tells Golden Boy that Baldwin filed the papers.  Golden says he is Dumb Grin's father, but Mustache says he's his guardian.  Mustache says that Kyle has been through a lot so he will not insist on taking him now, but eventually he will come to get Kyle.  Golden says something about Dumb Grin being his flesh and blood and Mustache brings up the point that Golden didn't know he had a son and the whole bit with Diane and the stolen sperm deal and blah blah blah.  Mustache then says that Golden is not able to take care of Dumb Grin and Golden asks why and Mustache says its going to be hard to raise a kid from inside a jail cell when he is convicted of killing Diane.

Patch asks Katherine if she had a spy on him and that is how she knows about the cops.  She said it doesn't matter.  Katherine says if the police are questioning him, she has to know for the company's sake.  He said if she is worried about the company's reputation being damaged, it happened the day Katherine took over.  Katherine feels she is entitled to an answer and he says she's not entitled to squat and to get the hell out of his house.

Ashley is at the town bridge looking for something, I think her phone and she jumps at some sound.

Transplant is with Red saying he needs to get something cleared up.  He asks Red if she and Nick were at Restless Style all night and she says yes but that he could have asked her that question over the phone.  He pulls out the picture of the finger nail they found.  He says they can't run tests on it because its fake...acrylic. He tells Red that the finger nail is hers and how did it end in the vicinity of a corpse.  She can tell him now or a grand jury later.

Junior is the noise that Ashley heard.  She wants to know what he is doing there.

Red said she will play along.  What she knows of acrylic nails is they are attached to a real fingernail and since DNA couldn't be found Red says the nail he found could have been there for months, years.  He reminds her that she said she got her nails done the night before her and Junior pulled an all nighter.  He states he talked to her manicurist and she said that Red's nails were pretty tore up and she had dirt shoved up in her nails.  He said he got a sworn statement from the lady.  He knows that Red got her nails done the day after the murder and wants to know why Red would lie to him.  He says her (Red's) sworn statement is full of lies.

Patch tells Katherine that Transplant was the one who questioned him.  He says that Diane text a lot of people the night she died and a lot of Katherine's friends were on the receiving end as well.  Katherine ask what did Patch say to him and Patch says that he told him the truth that he was at his office that night and Ashley can back him up.  He walks to the door and tells Katherine to get out since she got her information.  Katherine is still running her mouth as she is walking out and Patch shuts the door on her.  He then begins scratching his lower arm.  Seems like poison ivy.

Golden says that Mustache is the one that was accused of domestic abuse and he's the one that tried to leave town, pretending to be looking for Smirnoff (Nikki).  Mustache says that Golden caused a scene with Diane at Gloworm when he couldn't get a hold of Kyle and then he went ballistic when he found out that Kyle was in Switzerland.  Dumb Grin comes down stairs and wants to know what's going on.

Red says she messed up her nails potting flowers.  She says her daughter likes sunflowers.  Transplant said she must have ran home after the all nighter because she called her salon at 8am and asked for an emergency mani so she must have been planting at 7am.  He tells her that he believes she did meet Diane and things did get nasty and because of what happened just now between her and Transplant she moved up in the suspect list.  He leaves and Red calls Junior but he's not answering.

Poison-sumac

Junior said he is looking for her (Ashley's) phone as well.  Ashley finds it kinda a weird that he would be doing that.  Junior says that he knows Ashley was there the night Diane died.  Ashley says that must be some message on my phone - a message you don't want the cops to find.  Junior says he doesn't know what's on the phone but he knows its not good.  Ashley thinks the police might already have her phone and Transplant is only waiting for a time to come at her again. Junior says they shouldn't be talking about it there.  He offers to take her for coffee.  She agrees.  She tells him to watch his step for the cops haven't cleaned up poison sumac (This is what Patch possible has, rather stumbled upon)

Patch is leaving a voice mail for Ashley on her room's phone and telling her about Katherine being there and asking about Transplant questioning him.  He states he has some other things he wants to tell her but not on the phone's message.  While he is doing this he is putting cream on his arm and then wraps it in bandage.

Mustache tells Dumb Grin that he and Golden were having a business talk.  Golden says Mustache was just about to leave - Mustache leaves.  Golden tells Dumb Grin to go upstairs and he will be up there to tuck him in, but Goofy (new name for Kyle) says that they were talking about his mom and he wants to know why his mother was killed.

Mustache meets up with Baldwin at the Athletes Foot Club.  He tells Baldwin that he wants to get the ball rolling on him getting full custody of Goofy.  Baldwin says the kid just lost his mother and the only constant he has is Golden Boy and Mustaches wants to disrupt that by getting the courts involved.  Mustache wants to know what's wrong with that.

Goofy and Golden are having a Kodak moment - so nothing to writer.  But I will say this, Golden tells Goofy that the cops are questioning a lot of people about Diane's murder and Goofy asks Golden if he's one of them.

Katherine shows up at the police station given Transplant the what-for.

Junior and Ashley are at Crimson Lights out the patio talking about his run in with Diane at the park.  He said when it was over he noticed that his phone dialed Ashley's and there is probably a pretty "funky" stuff on there.  He asks Ashley how did she loose her phone and she said she went to the park to confront Diane about threats she was making toward Shabby (Abby - but Ashley didn't say her name - she just said someone she loves).  She still thinks the police might have her phone.  Just then Red walks in and says to Junior, "Is this why you had to leave so quickly?"

Transplant says he's just there working the case.  Transplant said he didn't grow up there so he's not going to answer each time Katherine rings her bell.  She says she's waiting to hear why he left and he tells her she will be waiting a long time.  She asks him if he have any apologizes or explanations and he says he's fresh out.  She says he can't stand the sight of him and leaves.

Ashley leaves.  Red tells Junior about Transplant being at the office and showing her a nail and putting it on her.  Junior says he is just playing games to see if it sticks.

Inside Crimson Lights Patch approaches Ashley and they both say Hi to each other.

Golden tells Goofy that he (Golden) isn't going anywhere and he won't let anyone take Goofy away from him.  He tells Goofy to ignore all the bad things he will hear about his mother.  He also states that whomever killed Diane will be caught.

Mustache tells Baldwin that Diane wanted him to be the father of Goofy and since she couldn't do it biologically she did it illegally.  He also brings up the fact that Golden wasn't there for most of Goofy's life, but Baldwin states that he is there now.  Mustache says that Golden can't raise a kid behind bars.

Ashley asks Patch what's wrong with his arm and he says its probably carpal tunnel.  He tells her that Katherine came by trying to get more ammunition against him.  They both agree they were home together the night Diane died.  Patch then asks Ashley to come home and she says she can't and for him to not ask again.

Transplant is looking at the nail and Red's picture on the suspect wall.

Junior said he can call the DA's office and tell them to back off, but Red said she doesn't need protecting for she did nothing wrong.  She said if Transplant thinks she was wondering around that night that makes her a liar - that makes both of them liars and then they have no alibi - but they did nothing wrong.  That's why she came to the coffee shop, to tell Junior that.  Junior says thanks for the heads up.  She leaves.  His phone rings and its the recording of him telling Diane that he will kill her before she lets him hurt them again.  Inside, Red is getting some cookies out the giant coffee cup and leaves.  We see Deacon in a both and he says, "Honey, I saw what you did".

Golden tells Goofy it won't always be like this.  It will get better,  but Goofy says it won't and runs up stairs the best way he know how - THE GOOFY!

Baldwin says he will keep in touch about Kyle and he will find out what the status is on Diane's case. He leaves.  Mustache gets up to leave and sees a newspaper with Diane on the front page.  He flashes back to him looking at Diane floating in the water.

Chloe back to Hair: Yeah and he changed his life because you broke his heart (I'm not sure if she said changed to tainted, but changed sounds more logical)

Tues 26 July 2011 Diane Attacks Phyllis

Orange Jumpsuit (Sharon) iss surprised by what Bed Head (Adam) did. She wants to know why. She says, "You told me you loved me", to which he replies with, "How could I love someone like you". Ouch. Sting. Sharon 0, Adam 1.

Shabby (Abby) is at Hair's (Victoria) house where Baldwin is there as well. It seems as though they summoned her over. Hair wants Shabby to be part of the Beauty of Nature line and Shabby is all for it, but Baldwin is totally against it.

Cholesterol (Chloe) is at Crimson Lights talking with Kevin about their date tonight and Cordelia Junction (Delia) missing her father. Cholesterol thinks the judge called it right in having supervised visitations between Billy Goat and Cordelia Junction.

Billy Goat is at the park (yeah, that same one that Noah was at with his father doing a memorial for Sharon - the same one that Lily and Daniel stopped at when jogging and the same one that Adam was at when he through the memory tape into the water). He's on the phone placing a bet on a horse race. He sits down on a bench and there's Cordelia Junction who calls him. He picks her up and hugs her and such.

Diane has caught Nick and Red about to do the do. She throws her purse down, called Red (Phyllis) a bitch and throws her on the floor as well.

Bed Head tells Orange Jumpsuit that they are over - they are done. She doesn't understand why he would be so cruel. She thinks this is has to do with Boring (Sam) and he says it has to with her betrayal. He said he spent time trying to prove her innocence, having a memorial for her and she's in another man's bed. Orange said she did what she did so he could mourn her and move on. He continues on ranting and raving.

Baldwin said The Mustache (Victor) will never go for the idea. Hair said they have to think of the best way to approach The Mustache with it. She thinks the reality based show (The Naked Heiress) is good marketing tool. Hair is considering backing Shabby's show. Baldwin thinks Hair is too emotional to do her job. She thinks otherwise.

Billy Goat is talking with Cordelia Junction (Delia). I love seeing  Billy Goat with Cordelia Junction.

Kevin gives Chloe a present. Its a rock, paper, scissors necklace. No, I'm not going to explain it. But here's a picture of it:

They are about to leave CL when Cholesterol (Chloe) gets a call from a friend of hers who tells her that Billy Goat is with Cordelia Junction.

Phyllis picks herself up off the floor and charges towards Diane while Nick tries to keep those two apart. In walks Afro and Page Boy (extras in the show). Nick tells them he has it under control and they can leave. Diane spills the beans that she and Nick had a fling, but Red doesn't believe her. However, the look on Nick's face tells everything. Diane begins explaining her and Nick's trice and Nick says it was a mistake. All those times they were together was a mistake. Red lays into Diane and Diane says she hates Red and she hates Nick. She leaves and as Nick is about to go after her Red tells him not to, but he does anyway. Red calls someone.

Orange Jumpsuit is telling Bed Head that she was warned by others that one day Bed Head would turn on her and she said she never thought it would happen. Bed Head said he thought the same thing about her. She learns that Bed Head had evidence that would free her, but he told her he's a magician - now you see it, now you don't. She lays into him some more about how he's not the man she thought he was and all. Without saying anything, he begins to walk away from Orange Jumpsuit, but she says, "That's it? That's all you got to say?" Bed Head turns around and says, "You're right, there is more".

Baldwin says the Naked Heiress is not a good fit for Newman Enterprises. He gets a phone call and has to leave. Shabby asks Hair if there's anything she can do for her, but Hair says no. Shabby wants to cheer up Hair and drags her out the house.

Billy Goat is walking with Delia atop the little bridge telling a story. Cholesterol and Kevin show up. Kevin takes Delia back to the birthday party. Cholesterol thinks Billy Goat followed Delia and was trying to lure her away, but Billy said he didn't know she was there. Billy tells her to let it go. Cholesterol says she's just getting started.

Bed Head calls for the guard and tells the guard its his lucky day, and hands the ring to him. Orange Jumpsuit says that's his mother's ring. He says it reminds him of her and he doesn't want her memory tainted. Bed Head leaves while Orange yells that she finally knows the truth about him and that he knows she's innocent.

Billy Goat is pleading his case to Cholesterol that all he did was hug Delia and didn't hurt her. She said she doesn't what would have happened if Vanessa hadn't called. Billy Goat makes a valid point that Delia wondered off from the party and if he hadn't been there, what would have happened to her. He says Vanessa is blaming him to take the heat of herself. Cholesterol says when the judge hears about Billy's violation he's going to take all rights away from him. Just then, Hair shows up and says, "The don't tell him".

Red is on the phone with Baldwin who has a very irritating tone with her. She explains that she was attacked by Diane and she has witnesses and she wants Diane to pay the consequences for her actions.

Diane is at GloWorm where Nick has followed her. Nick wants to know what Diane was doing at Useless Pile and then he goes on to say that he doesn't know how many times he has to say it to her that they are through. In the background you see Bed Head watching the whole thing. Nick says why can't she say good-bye and she says that's why she was at Useless Pile, to say good-bye and Nick wants to know what that means.

Cholesterol tells Hair that she doesn't know what happened. Hair says she doesn't need to know. That Billy Goat shouldn't be deprived of seeing his daughter. Cholesterol says that since Billy Goat did not take Delia back to the party he violated his court order, and its over. Billy tells her to go get Delia. Cholesterol leaves and so does Shabby but not before telling Billy Goat not to give up. Hair is giving Billy Goat a pep talk but he tells her to stop. That she doesn't know what she's talking about.

Orange Jumpsuit, now about to be Prisoner 083992, is making YET, another phone, but this time to the DA's office but is put on hold. The guard comes in and tells her the transfer bus is there. She asks him for a few more minutes that she's on the phone with the DA's office, but he hangs up the phone.

Diane said that Nick doesn't deserve an explaination and he should go on back to Red. He says, okay. But maybe now she will stop stalking him. He tells her to stay away from the office, him and Red. Nick leaves. Bed Head goes over to Diane and says if all goes to plan Nick won't have to worry about her stalking him. She says they will all be sorry.

Hair is trying to figure out why Billy Goat is acting the way he is but wanting a drink, want to check on his bets and such. Billy Goat tells her that he doesn't want her getting involved.

Shabby is at Crimson Light where someone (I think its that reporter that was at the Jabot Launch), comes up behind/beside Shabby and asks if she has anything for her. Shabby takes her out on the patio and tells her that she's finally going legit and she wants to cause a little buzz about it.

Bed Head and Diane are talking about there plan in which Diane will disappear, but it will look like murder and The Mustache will be blamed for it. Diane said it won't be long before Golden Boy (Jack) realizes that Dumb Grin (Kyle) is gone. She wants Bed Head to move a bit faster on his plan. Diane sees Baldwin and says that they shouldn't be seen together. She's trying to sneak out but Baldwin calls her over. He presents her with a retraining order from Red. Diane is throwing a fit. Baldwin tries to give her a pep talk, but she's not hearing it.

Nick is back at Useless Pile where Red is. Nothing happens here.

Shabby is telling the reporter about her and Hair's promoting Beauty of Nature by using The Naked Heiress. The reporter wants to know what does The Mustache think about her representing the beauty line naked. Shabby says she has a brilliant idea on how the announce this. She wants the reporter (who has a cheap sprint flip phone (Motorola i836 - seriously?) and her cameraman to meet her in the board room at Newman Enterprises. The reporter asks if she's going to get naked. While she's asking this she's dialing a number. Ok I have to point this out. The way the camera is positioned, you can see the phone the reporter has and the phone isn't even on. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. But she's dialing away.

Cholesterol, Delia and Kevin are at Crimson Lights. Kevin is really siding with Billy Goat and thinks Cholesterol is being a bit hard on Billy Goat, and I agree with Big Head Kevin. Kevin is irritated with Cholesterol. He tells her that she should get Delia to bed and then he leaves to do something.

Hair tells Billy Goat that if he wants her to leave she will. Billy Goats says, "Ok, bye." She tells Billy he is heartless. She walks away.

Nick wants to kiss Red but Red doesn't want to. They start talking about Diane and Red tells Nick that she filed a restraining order against Diane and that Baldwin is serving her right now.

Baldwin leaves and Bed Head goes over to Diane, happy as a lark and Diane wants to know why and he said he's finally going to set some things straight.

Orange Jump suit is now Green Prison Clothes in a very roomy cell. This must be another holding cell, because no prison cell is that big. And she's in there by herself. Hmmm, interesting. But wait, drum roll please. In comes The Mustache to see her. They hug, she cries and we find out what's going to happen tomorrow on the show.

Y&R: Monday 25 July 2011: Sharon and Adam Wed...

Jack shows up at Diane's room (at the club) to get Kyle and Diane asks him to wait a minute, that she needs to finish a phone call.  Jack is in the hallway while Diane reminds Dumb Grin (Kyle) not to mention to Golden Boy (Jack) that Big Grin is going to Switzerland.  He's going to Switzerland?  I wonder if he's going to Geneva to have a conference.  BAHAHAHA.  Golden Boy enters the room on his own accord and asks if Diane is done with her phone call.  Dumb Grin now has a Dumb Look on his face.

Red and Nick are looking at their trending points on a labtop while talking about Bed Head (Adam).  In the meantime, Boring (Sam) walks in and overhears their conversation about Bed Head having the evidence for Sharon but not sharing it.  Boring asks them if they really believe Adam has the evidence.

At the jailhouse rock, Adam presents Sharon with her engagement ring.  Sharon asks where did Bed Head find it and he said the lady that died in the carjacking had it on her, which was given to Noah and then Noah gave it Bed Head because it is really his mother's ring.  He tells Orange Jumpsuit (Sharon) that the ring (the one you put on your finger, not the movie The Ring) got him through some tough nights and now she's back and alive and the ring belongs on her finger.

Katherine is at GloWorm where Neil meets up with her. Katherine canceled the meeting Sophia called about some acquisition because it would be audited.  Neil tells Katherin that Patch (Tucker) isn't going to be happy that she is undermining his right hand man, Sophia.  Sophia shows up and says she saw her meeting out in the parking lot.  She says she's back at McCall but Katherine still finds ways to cut her off at the knees.

Tucker asks Ashley how did she find out he had a son and she said Katherine found out from his living will and she told Ashley.

Sharon is quiet and he asks if it has to do with Boring and she says no. She said the DA visited her and wants her to testify against Bed Head and in return she can stay in the jailhouse rock while she's waiting for her appeal.  She wouldn't have to go to Penn State..I mean State Pen.  Adam says to take the deal.  She says he could go to jail, but he doesn't care.  He said she can be close to home and her kids.  He's explaining about life in the hoosegow.  He's begging her to take the deal.

Golden Boy is asking Dumb Grin if he's ready to go home with him and Dumb Grin said he can't because he's going somewhere.  I could not understand what mumbles was saying.  He gives Golden Boy a hug.  Diane shoes himself by telling him to get his tooth brush.  While he is out of the room, Diane says, they are done.  Golden Boy says they will be done when Dumb Grin is 18.  Golden Boy says if Diane goes to jail, Dumb Grin will be with him full time.

Ashley says Katherine and Paul were going through his things at the office to try find information about his son.  He said they won't find much since he found out he had a son from an anonymous note.  He said he got someone pregnant and he doesn't know her name.  He said he worked with rock stars and acted like one.  Tour buses, private jets and a different woman every night. The note he received said he will never know his son. Ashley asks how does he know its even true since it was just a note.  He thought the same thing until he received a second note saying he will never know his son, then he knew the woman wasn't after his money.  Ashley says he would have been a great dad.  I hope Devon is his son..that would be great.

Sophia tells Neil that Patch is still mad about Katherine putting Sophia on leave and now this.  Neil asks is Tucker mad or she mad?  Neils tell her she needs to deal with her resentment again Katherine.  Katherine comes back to the table and apologizes to Sophia for canceling her meeting and says she is glad to have Sophia back.  Sophia says she sticking by Patch's side.

Boring introduces himself to Red (Phyllis) and Nick. He said he's trying to get to the evidence that Adam has.  Boring brings up the fact that Adam has been by Sharon's side the whole time, yet he has evidence that can free her and Boring does not understand this about Adam.  Nick and Red said they do not care about the Sharon/Bed Head romance but Red said she is interested in Bed Head and proving he's a snake to count her in.  Boring said he will do just that.  But he wants to know why Bed Head would hold on to evidence like he is doing.  Red said he could be waiting for the right time to use it like at her hearing and come off like her savior.

Bed Head tells Orange Jumpsuit that in his heart he and Orange Jumpsuit are still married.  He can arrange it with a Chaplin and they can be married today.  He's still running his line of BS to Orange Jumpsuit and she's buying it hook, line and sinker. Orange Jumpsuit agrees to marry Bed Head, but she says she won't turn states evidence against him.  He leaves to make arrangements.  Orange Jumpsuit is making yet, another phone call.  She calls Boring and says she needs to see him.

Red and Nick show up at Bed Head's room searching for the memory card.  He brings up the time they were in St. Barqs.

Boring shows up to see Orange Jumpsuit and tells her to take the deal the DA gave her.  Orange tells Broing that Bed Head proposed and she accepted like the fracking idiot she is.

Ashley tells Patch (Tucker) that he's nothing like Katherine.  That Patch looked for his son and even added him to his will.  Patch said there were a lot of women and he doesn't know his son name.  Sophia shows up and asks Patch when is he going to kick his mother out of her job.

Jack is at GloWorm with Katherine and Golden Boy says that he saw Ashley and Patch and he looked less than up to speed.  Katherine said that Patch did fine at the Jabot Launch and as she sees it McCall Unlimited is in capable hands.  Golden Boy sits back and gloats.

Diane is on the phone with Bed Head about her son, Dumb Grin, lying to Golden Boy.  She says this plan of his helps her as much as him and she's not going to die in vain.

Sophia is showing Patch a business a slope line in Dalton's company (a company that Patch does business with) going down and explaining it to him, but he's standing there like a lump on a log.   Sophia tells him he needs to get Katherine out because Dalton doesn't like doing business with her.  Patch says the numbers don't mean anything to him.  Ashley plays it off like its his glasses and he says he can't play it off anymore with Sophia.  Then he explains his medical situation.  He tells Sophia that they have been through some wars together, but if she cannot deal with his situation, she can walk away and he will understand.

Red and Nick are back at Useless Pile without the memory card or anything.  The office is empty as well.  Red thinks that Bed Head might have gotten rid of the evidence.

Boring is questioning Orange marrying Bed Head.  Bed Head is outside and over hears the conversation.  Inside, Orange is pleading her case to Boring and tells him he should go back to New Mexico.  Before leaving he tells Orange that marrying Bed Head is a mistake.  He meets up with Bed Head outside and Bed Head tells him he won't have to worry anymore.  He will look after his wife.

Diane is at the airport with Dumb Grin who I hope is 20 something when he returns, with a new hair do, because right now, he's sporting a hair don't!  Diane gives Dumb Grin a hug while Dumb Grin does his best (which isn't much) to show some emotion - DAMN! THAT BOY CANNOT ACT!  Dumb Grin is off (in more ways than one).

Red and Nick are at Useless Style - still - and they begin making out.

Boring is at Crimson Lights with a pen and notepad thinking about the night him and Orange did the do.  He is writing Orange a letter.

Bed Head is back at the jail to marry Orange with a Chaplin.

Katherine and Neil are talking business.  Golden Boy is about to leave, but before he does he stops at Katherine's table and says that if Patch isn't ready to take over McCall he isn't ready to take over Jabot.  Katherine says she established that with him earlier.  Golden Boy leaves.  Katherine tells Neil about Golden Boy noticing something being off about Patch and she wants Neil to dig deeper.  If its bad Katherine will protect her son and his company.

Sophia said she will never turn her back on him.  Ashley asks that it kept between the three of them.  Ashley said if some business comes up or documents need to be signed Sophia is to step in and handle it like Patch would want her to.  She (Sophia) says she knows what Patch is thinking before he does and called him honey.

Nick and Red are about to get it on when Diane walks in and she's furious.

Boring is telling Piper (via phone) he's on his way home. If you forgot who piper is, and who hasn't forgotten, she's the annoying little brat that screamed like a damn fool when they arrested Orange Jumpsuit in New Mexico.

Bed Head and Orange are about to get married.  He is saying his  love speech to Orange.  She is giving her spill.  The Chaplain does the Do You's to Orange and she said "I Do"...now it is Bed Head's turn and he says, No, he doesn't.  "How the hell can I be married to you.".  Orange is shocked!

Adam Taunts Victor From His Board Seat - 5 July 2011

Sharon is holding the torn letter and dress in her hand and is looking at Sam. Same wakes up just as she leaves the room.

Noah is at Crimson Lights out on the patio and Abby goes to visit with him. Noah is looking through the physical memory cards and doesn't find anything. Abby wants to help but he says he needs a break. Noah wants to know how it went with Abby's mom and grandpa (meaning The Mustache) when she told them she ditched rehab, but Noah learns that she didn't tell them and says they are going to find out.

Victor is getting ready for his board meeting and Lauren is there. She wants to know if Victor is having second thoughts about putting her on the board and he says no. Lauren says that Fenmore's, which will promote Jabot's new line which is direct competition with Beauty of Nature. Victor says he doesn't see a problem. Victoria walks in and gives her father a hug and he says welcome back. Vicki asks about dealing with Adam. Victor tells her that he sent a message to Adam, via Michael that meeting had been moved up and he's not sure if Adam will make it and just then Adam walks in.

Billy is at RS (Restless Style) to give Nick the keys. Nick gives him the check. Phyllis shows up and Billy wants to know what know she's doing there and Nick says he hired her and Billy is shocked after all the she's done to him and Vicki. Nick tells Billy that the magazine is his now and Billy needs to stay out of it. Billy tells him he's going to need luck (motioning to Phyllis) and leaves. Phyllis tells Nick that if its going to difficult on him with her working there they don't have to do it.

The board meeting is starting. Michael is naming all the board members. They vote to elect a chair and Vicki and Adam vote for Victor.

Noah is concerned that Abby's parents may visit her at rehab. She tells him that they sent her there to shut her up and he wants to know about what and she explains to him that she's the one that hit Tucker. He said at least the charges against her mother have been dropped. Abby says if they hadn't been she would have come forward. Noah gives his two cents on how kids act towards their parents when parents are only trying to do what's right for the kid. Get on your soapbox, homeboy. Abby says she misses Noah and Noah apologizes for bailing on her.

Sam finds Sharon in her room packing. He wants to know what's going on and she tells him last night was a mistake.

Phyllis said she feels bad for Vicki but not bad enough to sacrifice her own family. Nick said he would have fought for Faith had Ashley not given her up without a fight. Nick is the only one that doesn't see Phyllis in a bad light. He said they need to get working on the magazine and he doesn't want Phyllis trying to back out. Phyllis said Nick doesn't need the aggravation of a magazine so why did he buy it.

Billy is channel surfing and then turns off the TV when he comes across the Father Knows Best marathon that's on. Billy calls his booking and double downs on a bet.

The board meeting is going on and Victor is talking about China and something. Adam adds his two centers (with some change coming back). Adam doesn't want to move forward with a business deal and Victor says he's making a grave mistake.

Abby is listening to a song Noah wrote and asks if he's played it for Eden because the song is about her. He's trying to say its not. Abby tells Noah she saw Eden recently but was asked not to tell him. She says she saw her at rehab. He wants to know if she's OK. She tells Noah she tried to talk Eden into coming back to GC but it wasn't going to happen.

Eden walks into Crimson Lights.

A horse walks into a bar and the bartender says, "Why the long face?"

The board meeting is over. Lauren wants Michael to tell Victor he has support. Mike says she can tell him herself. She said she's learned not to speak to Victor when he's mad. Mike and Lauren walk out. Vicki begins talking about Adam with her father, The Mustache. Soon Vicki begins apologizing to her father for her actions in the past. He just wants to move forward. Vicki goes to her office. Victor sits stewing.

Vicki finds Adam at the elevator and they change words and then he drops the bomb that Billy sold RS to Nick.

Phyllis knows that Nick got a settlement of 0.5 Billion dollars and he could have bought anything but he bought RS and wants to know why. He said he needed something to keep him busy.

Sharon is still packing. (You know for someone who has been at the farm for about a month, she sure is taking a long time to pack). Sam says she doesn't have to leave and she says she does. He's offering to take things slow but Sharon doesn't see that working. He senses she's afraid of something. Sharon tells him he would be asking for trouble if she stays and she doesn't want that for him.

Eden asks a worker there when would Kevin be back, but they didn't know. She then sees Noah and Abby out on the patio. Abby has told Noah about Eden's eating disorder. Inside Lauren finds Eden.

Phyllis wants to know the vision and he said hard hitting investigative reporting but leaving the Newman's out of it. Vicki shows up mad because she had to learn about the purchase of the magazine from Adam and not Nick and she's even pissed off that Phyllis is working there. Nick is not happy that Vicki is working with her father after all he's done to her but she says losing Lucy is the worst thing that has happened to her and she thought that Nick would stand by her, but that didn't last either.

Adam goes back to the board room where Victor is. Victor states that what Adam did cost the company millions in profit. Had nothing to do with his sense of business but of revenge. He states Adam may have fooled a few by standers but the rest know who he really is and that's a total fraud and he's really playing with fire. Victor tells Adam to leave the building. ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING.

Michael brings information back to Victor regarding a company called ASC. Victor thinks it might have to do with Jack, but Michael dismisses that idea. Michael says the SEC is focusing on Diane, but Victor says they should be focusing on Adam and he wants them to do just that.

Adam is back at the club going through the videos again.

Sam said he's sad to see Sharon go but she said if she knew her he would be glad. OMG! Sam and Sharon are boring as hell.

Someone is at Billy's place to collect on a bet he lost. Billy said he can write him a check because he doesn't have the cash on him. Vicki comes on and Billy introduces the guy as his friend. He gives the guy his Rolex watch as payment and the guy leaves. Vicki wants to talk to him about something but wants him to take a shower first. He leaves to do so and she finds a glass of booze on the table.

Lauren is happy to see Eden but she has a meeting at Fenmore's but is going to cancel it. She left her phone in the car and goes to make the call. Eden goes back to the patio only to find Noah and Eden not there. He left his computer and headset on the table and Eden begins listening to the song just as Noah walks up to her. Abby shows up as well.

Mike is back with Victor telling him that the SEC is not interested in Adam because there's less evidence. Victor says its their job to find the evidence. Mike said he will continue to stay with SEC. He states that Vicki had Victor's back today. Victor said its nice to have her back. He mentions that Billy is the reason Vicki turned her back on him.

Billy returns from taking a shower and begin talking about RS and Phyllis and states she's furious with Nick and she wants him to cancel the sell. Billy said its not her problem so she doesn't need to worry about this. Vicki says he has a point but asks that he take care of himself and then she leaves.

Nick is talking about Vicki working back with Victor. Phyllis tells Nick to stay close to his sister because that's his sister and she has a front row seat to the Victor/Adam fight. Nick said no more stories about Vicki and Billy and Phyllis agrees, then he says that Adam is fair game and she totally agrees.

Adam is sill looking at pictures. (My apologizes - yesterday I kept saying videos and its actually pictures him and Noah are looking at). He finds a picture of lava and calls someone to restore as much of the data as they can.

Sam comes back with coffee for him and Sharon and Sharon states she'll stay for now but can't make any promises. He's ok with it her decision.

OK...I have to explain this one - Sharon says, You don't want me to stay here and Sam replies, NO. - If anyone you have watched the show you know their little editing they do to get you to watch the next day and they way they showed that it looked like Sam was telling Sharon to leave, but tomorrow the rest of the conversation will be him asking her to move in to the house with him

Adam asks for Nick's help in proving Sharon is innocent and Nick said you need proof for that. Adam said he'll have and real soon
